Award Winning Customer Service

AESSEAL® has won the BPMA 'Global Customer Service of the Year' award.

At the 2003 British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA) Awards Dinner on 20th March, AESSEAL® won the coveted 'Global Customer Service of the Year' award, and came a close second in the 'Technical Innovation of the Year' award for the MagTecta™ Bearing Protector.

The ceremony at the Britannia Hotel in Coventry, UK was attended by AESSEAL® Engineering Director Alan Roddis, Commercial Director David Owen and Technical Sales Director Richard Smith who accepted the award on behalf of the company.

AESSEAL® Sales Director, Richard Smith said “This award is extremely important to us as it is an endorsement from our customers of our core competence which is CUSTOMER SERVICE.”
