AESSEAL (Pty) Ltd in South Africa has signed a contract / partnership agreement with local chemical producer Karbochem for the upkeep and improvement of their rotating equipment including pumps, mixers and reactors.
This partnership agreement will run for 4 years and will include working with famous brands such as Senmin, DOW and African Amines based at Karbochem’s two sites at Sasolburg and Newcastle.
The total value of the contract to AESSEAL® is approximately £110,000 (€165,000 / $198,000) per annum.

The Karbochem sites will also be some of the first sites in the world to have the new Asset Health Management System fully implemented. This revolutionary piece of software allows AESSEAL® to keep detailed records of all equipment on site and helps to increase meantime between failure by identifying ‘bad performers’.
