Local rugby team Rotherham Titans visited AESSEAL® global headquarters, Templeborough, to show their support of National Apprentice Week.
AESSEAL® is proud to support the local team as one of the Titans’ shirt sponsors.
Both teams came together this Wednesday to show support for AESSEAL’s Modern Apprenticeships Programme, as both the Titans and the company employ a large number of young apprentices and train them in departments across their respective operations. AESSEAL® last year committed £1.25m to expand its own apprenticeships programme, with plans to take on 30 young men and women over five years.
During the Titans’ visit both companies shared their goals and ambitions with one another, and found strong similarities between their work ethics, both relying on teamwork, trust and honesty.
The Titans were pleased to see one of their sponsors investing so much in young people.
AESSEAL® production personnel director James Selka described the link-up as inspirational for both teams:
