We have once again been recognised as a strong example of the importance of making accident prevention a central pillar of a successful organisation, not just for the benefit of employees and customers, but for society as a whole. It’s a policy I am determined to uphold.
International Business Assurance Manager David Montero said:
Receiving the RoSPA President's Award for twelve consecutive years is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our entire team to putting safety first in everything we do
Now in its 69th year, and with almost 2,000 entries – covering seven million employees – from more than 50 countries, the RoSPA Awards are the world’s largest health and safety awards programme, recognising organisations and individuals that have set the highest standards in accident prevention.
The organisation says: "By earning a RoSPA Award, organisations not only gain recognition for their accomplishments, but also become part of a legacy that champions high safety standards, individual well-being, and a culture of excellence."
National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health chief quality office and awards head judge Dee Arp added: “Recognising excellence in health and safety is essential to ensure we celebrate achievement, but it is also about a culture of care, accountability and continuous improvement.
These awards serve as a powerful reminder that employee safety and wellbeing transcends borders and looking after our people so they can go home safe, health and happy after every day, also drives sustainable success and resilience.”
She said each RoSPA Award entrant was assessed against rigorous criteria, making AESSEAL a world leader in shaping safer, healthier workplaces.
AESSEAL's proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks, implementing robust safety protocols, and fostering a safety-first mindset among its workforce has been instrumental in achieving this award.
The award will be presented at a ceremony held in London on June 10th.
