Chris Rea Collecting Queens Award from University of Belfast

Chris Rea has been honoured as Allstate NI Queen’s Graduate of the Year 2024 at Queen’s University Belfast’s annual Charter Day Dinner.

The award, 49 years after he graduated from QUB in Economics, recognises his success as founder and managing director of AES Engineering, and his philanthropy, including support for Women In Engineering and sustainability.

The Graduate of the Year Award goes to the Queen’s graduate who has made substantial contributions to the University or the lives of others.
