The sun has set on another successful EMEA conference in Malta, where over 130 of our reliability engineers received in depth training, shared ideas, bonded and celebrated some great individual and team performances.
The event culminated in a gala dinner and awards evening, at which Suvish Viswanadhan took the Best EMEA Director prize, Fernando Siscar the Best Regional Manager and Dheeraj Jha was rewarded for an incredible 100 per cent sales growth in 2025.
This year’s theme was “Hunt with purpose. Strike with precision. Deliver with impact”, with emphasis on “intentional targeting, disciplined execution, and delivering real value for our customers”.
AES Engineering Ltd general manager Jim Hamilton said there were too many top achievers to list them all in what was a proud moment for the company.
He added: “While the competition slept last weekend, the AESSEAL EMEA team got to work. We’re investing time where it matters most, people. Strengthening industry insight, deepening product expertise, and raising the bar so we return even better equipped to deliver the exceptional service our customers rely on.

Attendees commented that the energy in the room reflected the ambition of the EMEA region, with strong collaboration, ideas challenged, and best practice shared.
Arna Torres Aymerich of AESSEAL Iberica’s technical department said: “Today we have completed the 24-hour training course, and it has truly been a very rewarding experience.
