Completed with a 150 kWp rooftop PV array
Between 01-10-24 to 30-09-25, this PV array generated 204,248 kWh of clean energy for the site and Australian grid. As a result, despite being a larger site, the new building has a reduced footprint of 23 Tonnes CO2e less in comparison with the old head office it replaced.
First in Australia to receive the BREEAM certification
The Brisbane facility, opened on November 17 2025, is the first in Australia to receive the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification under its sustainability scheme. Evaluating a building’s specification, construction and use in a range of categories including energy and ecology.
