Sales Engineers

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for Sales Engineers to join some of the industry’s top professionals - dedicated to providing our customers with complete sealing solutions.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing some of the company’s key accounts, developing the client relationships and growing revenues. You will also be expected to win new client accounts and develop additional revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving ambitious sales targets, developing the client relationships and growing revenues. You will have a sales background, ideally within an engineering organisation.

Industry 4.0 Development Engineer
UK, Rotherham
You will be required to develop (from concept to release), unique products (whether they be physical or software based) which allow AESSEAL to stay ahead of the competition. You will be required to manage the projects that you are assigned or generate yourself efficiently, and be responsible for their development; through all areas of the business.

CNC Machinist

We have a growing machine shop with plans to to add new CNC machines. We are looking for 4 and 9 axis CNC Machinists. We have three different shifts for our machine shop: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5AM-4PM, 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4PM-2:30AM, and Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 6AM-7PM.

Warehouse Technician

The Warehouse Technician position is responsible for being a part of the assembly and production of final products. There are four essential functions of a Warehouse Technician: Parts Pulling, Packaging, Shipping, and Receiving. The Warehouse Technician will be responsible for learning each job of the warehouse, as listed previously, to help support the business in all aspects of performance to meet goals. Our work schedule is Monday-Friday, first shift. We operate in a team environment, so a positive attitude and hard work are expected.

The Quality Inspector/Auditor is a critical role where you will assist QA manager with ensuring the integrity of the certified quality system requirements while advocating as the 'voice of the customer' demanding the highest quality expectations. You will work closely across the group supporting operations, aftermarket, design, engineering, product management and supply chain. The responsibilities as Quality Inspector/Auditor are to provide support for the Inspection team, perform Repair audits & internal audits as per QMS and enhance the quality of product/service provision within the facility. Critical to this role will be supporting QA Manager to document analysis of quality problems, root causes and implemented corrective actions that describe best practice using Quality tools.
